LFP Lighting is proud to announce Jacques Bazinet of Talos Holdings as this month’s Customer Spotlight! LFP Lighting recently partnered with Talos Holdings on a project to provide innovative lighting solutions for a brand-new luxury apartment complex called The View of Fort Worth. We asked Jacques a few questions to get a glimpse into the partnership, process and results.
Tell us about Talos Holdings and your role within the company.
Talos Holdings is a multifamily-centered real estate firm with roots in Fort Worth, Scottsdale and Atlanta. Talos Holdings’ mission is to create a legacy of growth, flourishing and fulfillment for residents while establishing financial freedom for our venture partners. As Chief Operations Officer of Talos Holdings, I help develop and achieve the overall corporate vision of the company while striving to create environments that foster personal and professional growth for residents of our developments.

Can you describe your recent multifamily project, The View of Fort Worth?
The View of Fort Worth is a brand-new luxury apartment complex with unbelievable views of downtown Fort Worth and the Trinity River. The complex houses 300 units and offers several great amenities including an infinity-edge pool, two-story gym, an on-site dog park and more.
What was important to you when selecting the right lighting solutions partner?
It was important for us to find lighting experts that would share, execute and help achieve our vision for the project. We didn’t want someone to come in and just provide a boring lighting manual. We wanted to work alongside experienced professionals that would help make our vision come to life.
What stood out to you about LFP Lighting?
The top two things that stood out about LFP Lighting were their responsiveness, as well as their commitment to the partnership. LFP Lighting was very prompt, reliable and responsive to all members of our team, making the project run smoothly and on-schedule. Likewise, they were more than just a lighting provider—they were a true partner throughout the project. They worked alongside us to ensure every aspect of the project was handled with care and expertise.

What are your favorite lighting elements implemented by LFP Lighting?
My personal favorite lighting option that LFP Lighting designed is a beautiful antler lighting fixture displayed in the lobby. LFP Lighting was really able to capture the Texas-inspired design that we were aiming to achieve. Another favorite design element is the outdoor and garden lighting that was implemented around the infinity pool.
